There is nothing like every individual in a local body functioning in their call. There is a oneness of the Spirit in the Body of Christ, but there are also members, each one given talents and abilities unique to them to lavish upon others. It pleases God to have you fill the place He has suited you for! Donald Nalley encourages you in this teaching to allow God's grace to empower you to do God's will. God cannot do what you will not allow Him to do. Could it be that it's not happening in your life because you haven't prayed? Jesus came to reinstate man's dominion on earth; you are here to enforce God's will, His purpose, His plans. You're not a member of a church, you are a citizen of a different kingdom -- if you are born again -- with legal rights -- so don't try to "get" it, you are born into it!

Prayer gives God access to your life. A "binding and loosing" prayer doesn't necessarily refer to the devil; we bind and loose each other and ourselves without the devil's help by our own choices.
